A while back I've got a series of siblings and cousins order and thought I would post them all together. I think of all the siblings order there might only be one (maybe two) that where in different styles; and all the rest are of the same style in different colors, sometime coordinating colors sometimes they are totally different colors.
When Mrs. C order the prints for her boys, she showed them the color chart I had with all my listing and let the boys to choose. Surprisingly, big brother Soren picked some colors that went really well together. And he had some very specific instructions for me to follow as to where to put each color so I was a super easy job well done!

This next set of Benjamin and Gabriel were super easy for me too. Because the colors of the sample I made for my shop was already super awesome, mom didn't want to change a thing about it. Well except to replace the Maroon read on Gabriel's print to some greens. See how them both shared a few common colors? The blues and the yellow in both prints but different places? Who said you must be matching 100% to look good together?
Sander and Easton must be cousins. Why? Well, for one they were born only three weeks apart, and secondly while they were both born in Iowa, they were in different cities. And I think it must be a family member who order these for the boys and their parents. I recalled in the note from the client, she wanted Sander's print in a earthy colors and Easton's print to be fun and colorful. She wanted them to connect in some way and so I used the same green in both prints for their middle and last name, because they are in fact connected with one an other in blood and in their last name. I'm sure they will end up in their own nursery, but don't you think they look pretty nice along side each other? Now I wonder if the grandparents get a set to put on their wall too!
